A botanical universe with roots in Årdal.

Chessies began in Årdal, deep within the beautiful Sognefjord, with a simple idea: to create something inspired by herbs, flowers, and the nature around us.

It all began with our handcrafted herbal blends. We experimented with different herbs and flowers, developed our own blends, and slowly built what has now become Chessies.

Now Chessies continues to grow.

The herbs and nature that inspired us from the start are still an important part of who we are. But Chessies is no longer just about herbal blends. We’re expanding our universe with carefully selected products with a botanical focus—chosen with consideration for quality, ingredients, and the wonderful feeling of using something you truly love.

For us, botanical doesn’t have to be complicated. We love good ingredients, beautiful products, and the little moments in everyday life.
